Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality Shopify development services. To ensure transparency and fairness, here’s our refund and cancellation policy for our retainer-based monthly plans.

1. Monthly Retainer Plans

All our plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance. Once the billing cycle has started, the plan is considered active.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • No Refunds for unused hours once the retainer month has begun.
  • Partial Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of service failure, unavailability, or mutual agreement to terminate the engagement early — at our sole discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your retainer plan at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • To cancel, notify us at least 5 business days before the next renewal date via email: billing@codingkart.com.
  • Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Custom Plans & Projects

Custom retainer agreements and one-time project fees are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in a mutually signed contract.
